Dog Policy and Conditions: To be sure you have a happy and trouble free holiday with your dog at our property we wish to bring to your attention our Dog Policy. Guest’s dogs may have inside access to the cottages at the owner’s discretion. In consideration of others they must be kept off all soft furnishings and carpets. Dogs must be on a leash at all times whilst on our property. Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage and must accompany guests when they leave our premises for day outings. Barking must be controlled at all times. Dogs need to be cleaned up after, if close to the house, cottage or general walking areas. On the property there are horses, alpacas, free range chickens and resident dogs and we ask you to consider their safety whilst your dog is around them. If excess cleaning is required or if it is necessary to repair any damage caused by your pet, this cost will be responsibility of the guest. 

Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required on all reservations at the time of booking, to be paid by credit card.
• Balance of payment is due upon arrival (to be paid by cash, credit card, or EFTPOS)

Cancellation Policy
Over 60 days notice – 90% of deposit returned.
21- 60 days – 50% deposit returned
Under 20 days – no refund of deposit. 
If you cancel within 20 days of arrival or leave before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged the entire amount of your reservation.
If we are able to sell the room, a refund will be given less the $25 fee.
Failure to arrive on the reservation date will incur full payment of the reservation tariff and will be charged to your credit card.
